The End of Time is a photographic series depicting an oak tree newly sprouted from an acorn through three successive stages of its transformation. In each image, a miniature elderly woman sits upon the acorn, suspended between the roots and the stem, silently accompanying the plant’s entire life cycle in a patient wait that evokes the passage of time and the inevitability of death.
