This work is part of the project “100 ARTISTS FOR KIMBAU” which aims to restore the hydroelectric power station in Kimbau, a village in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a country in distress, torn by continuous civil wars, violence and disease. from hunger.
It is necessary to repair it because it has ceased to function for some time, neither bringing water nor light to the hospital. Here works Dr. Chiara Castellani, war surgeon, lay missionary for 30 years in Africa.
This project stems from the will of Chiara Castellani and young artists who, using their own means, will sensitize the community by showing the importance of the associations involved in volunteering and international cooperation.
